Exchange 2003 is not removed properly.
Hi All, We have migrate a Exchange 2003 to 2010 and then we uninstalled Exchange 2003 server from the add remove programs. It went successfully and asked to restart the server, but the few of exchange 2003 services and System Manager are still there. When we try to create a Email Address Policy in Exchange 2010 it says legacy servers are detected and unable to create. How can we remove the exchange 2003 ? Thanks & Regards, Kanishka.

Have your Email Address Policies Upgraded. Set-EmailAddressPolicy "Default Policy" -IncludedRecipients AllRecipients http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2007/01/11/3397719.aspx Then It Should Allow you to Create. Then If you wanna Cleanup Exchange 2003 Completely. Go for Manual Removal Regards Satheshwaran Manoharan
