Dear Experts, I get a reqeust to hide one meeting room for some specific users, but I only can find a way to prevent soem users to book it in mailbox rgihts option. can you advise is it possible to to hide it for some users and how? Thanks.

We have option to restrict certain users from book the room, but we dont have option to hide the room mailbox for few users. For your requirement, hide the room mailbox from, which dont appear for anyone. Inform certain users to book the room by typing the email address and so on... Else, only option available is restrict users by assigning required permissions
