I'm wondering if anyone has any insight into this issue. I'm trying to install Exchange 2003 Standard Ed. onto Server 2003 Standard, SP2, fully patched. I've installed ASP.net, WWW, SMTP, NNTP, ran forestprep and domain prep with no issues. My setup fails during installation of Messaging and Collaboration Services, with the error: Setup failed while installing sub-component OMA Notifications with error code 0xC103798A... I've googled and searched MS Knowledgebase for this specific error - 0xC103798A... is very general and is returned by many sub-components, no results for the OMA Notifications. I've searched for regsvr32 /s sinkperf.dll as well (see exchange log below) again with no luck. HI, Seem you have a OMA installation issuse. Install DOTNETFX.exe inside the \setup\i386\exchange\oma\browse\ folder. then rerun setup.It might solve your problem. RegardsChinthaka
