Exchange 2003 Sp2 Mailbox Manager Stopped Working
Hi all - I have1 storage group with 2 stores. Onestore has a recipient policy (mailbox manager policy) with various email retention thresholds (deleted 30 days, sent 60 etc...) The users in thisstore no longer get their email automatically deleted. I have reset the policy, recreated the policy and even created a newstore and moved a few users into it and applied the policy. The policies (new and old) just dont apply to the users that were in this original store. I can apply the same policy to the original store and it works properly. I have checked LDP and ADSIEDIT to look at the policies applied per user and they appear to be fine. Any thoughts or guidance on how i can resolve this?
