Exchange 2003 Small busines server 2003
Heres my issue. I have 9 users on my domain > domain.ca.local with Bes Server express all email send and recieve locally and externally except 2 new users i sent up in AD. these 2 users can send tothe inside and get replied to from the inside as well as send to the outside. The problem is that they can't recieve from the outside. when replying back to that email i get this error. This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. user@domian.ca

There should be more to the NDR than that, such as recipient unknown or similar. Is there anything between Exchange and the Internet? AV, Antispam? Does your email come through another service that needs to be updated with the recipients? Did the recipients get email addresses automatically, or did you have to enter them manually? Hi, Can the problematic users send the message to other outside recipient, such as Hotmail account? Can you post the detail NDR here? First, I suggest you use OWA or login the mailbox via Outlook on another machine to check the result. If the issue persists, please access the “Delivery Restrictions” tab and verify whether the users are blocked to send Internet message. For detail steps, please refer to the following article: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF009.html Meanwhile, please refer to the following article to enable Protocol logging and Message Tracking logging. Then, you can reproduce the symptom and send the log to me for research. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821910 Thanks.
