What do you mean by "archive emails in text format then to a folder directly"? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/871110 Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah | Blog: www.ExchangeRanger.blogspot.com

Hi, I also have the same question. What’s the meaning to archive emails in text format and save it to a folder? Do you just like to archive all emails into *.txt format? If so, I’m afraid that the message cannot be saved as a txt file directly. You can use Archive Sink utility to archive all messages into a EML file as Gulab mentioned. Thanks.
