Hello, I installed Exchange 2003 STD on a member server. The EX installation went well after installing ASP.net & IIS components. However, when I create new Accounts in AD it does not generate a Mailbox or any of the associated EX tabs in the acctproperties. I have rebooted the EX & AD servers. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Thanks, RA

Sounds like either 1. your not using ADUC from the exchange server's console, or 2. domainprep didn' t run

the previous post is correct. you need to install the management tools on the workstation or other server you are using. then you will be prompted to create a mailbox after creating a user. if it's after the fact, and you've just installed the tools, you can right-click and select exchange tasks...
