Will this application remotely wipe smart phones that are not Windows Mobile?

This depends on how the phone manufacturer decided to interpret remote wipe. In Exchange 2007, for example, remote wipe will wipe the entire phone of Windows Mobile, but for Nokia devices, it only wipes the Exchange data.

Thanks for the reply. I know on these forums the moderators are careful on commenting on other vendors applications i.e. iPhones and Androids. But is there any way of finding out in advance what will be wiped on these phones? Again this would by using the Mobile Admin tool on Exchange 2003 SP2. Or am I pretty much stuck with trial and error...?
