Exchange 2003 Mailbox Quota
I have one user who is over their quota and have deleted and run the Mailbox Cleanup in Outlook. What can I do to get their mailbox back down to 0 right away? The Clean up agent is set to run at an interval of 7 days. Can I run it during production hours (will others be affected)? Or is there something I can run for just one user?

I usually run the cleanup agent nightly, but if your server is performing well, you'd be OK to run it during the day. What i'm curious about is "get their mailbox boack down to 0 right away" 0 size or 0 items? You'd basically have to delete everything, ESM should show item counts and mailbox size in realtime.

Thanks for the reply. 0 items. Mailbox is used for voicemail.
