For the Exchange 2003 Intelligent Message filtering question Ihave tried to change the SCL rating to 1, but Ifound that my Exchange server still can't receive email from Hotmail when I use Text format, but no problem if the format changed to HTML or RTF, unless I change the action to NO ACTION, email still reject by the filter, what can I do for this issue? Hi Danny, Please understand: The message SCL 1: Extremely low likelihood that the message is spam. The message SCL 9: Extremely high likelihood that the message is spam. If you set the SCL rate in IMF to 1, most of message will be rejected. Mike
