Exchange 2003 GAL/Outlook 2010
Hi, If Outlook is configured to run in cached mode is it using the offline address book as its address list. This offline address book is by default generated once each night/morning and will then be downloaded by the client some time during the day. You can modify the OAB generation time from the exchange admin program to speed things a little up. Leif

Hello, Can the new users and contacts be seen in OWA? If so, this should be an OAB issue. Check the Application log on the Exchange Server and see whether there are error reports.
