Exchange 2003 Front end Server
Getting following msg when emailing particular address
"You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<EXOWA.___.NET #5.7.1 smtp;544 5.7.1 <EXOWA._____.NET>: Helo command rejected: Host not found> "
ExOWa is our front end server, exchange 2003
Have only problem with that user emailing one address, besides that all working Ok, not sure if what to change for that one incident...
Any help... thanks

Make sure the correct FQDN is sent in the HELO\EHLO command. The name
should match the DNS "A" record with the IP address seen by the
receiving server.

ESM, Servers, <your server>, Protocols, SMTP. Right click on the default SMTP VS and choose Properties. Click on the tab Delivery, and then Advanced. In the FQDN change the field to match the A record that is on the external DNS record for the server.
Ideally it should also match the PTR (aka reverse DNS) on the IP address as well.
Apply/OK out.
