Exchange 2003 Filtering outbound emails from a user account
Hi there, We'll like to know the following: is there a way to filter the outbound emails that a user account can send? I.e: that user@mydomain.com can only send emails to user2@otherdomain.com or a set of internet email addresses Thanks for your help, Regards;

Should be able to. Create an smtp connector with default domain *. Then in the reject messages from, add user@mydomain.com. Now when he sends internet email it will use this default domain connector and he will be rejected. Now to make an exception so he can send to hotmail, create another smtp connector for domain hotmail. When he sends to hotmail it will choose the hotmail connector since its the explicit match.
