Hi all, I have a client who have been struggling for the last 2 years regarding items within the calender dissappearing. My company already went through various steps to determine the cause of the issue but still have not gotten to any conclusion/ I need to enable Calender logging for a specific user to determine the cause of the issue, however I will need the correct store.ttd file. Could anyone asssist me with this? Regards Shaun

HI Shaun, In this situation you need to open a case with microsoft, I hope you already gone thru all the required stpes to troubleshoot this "store.tdd" file. The store.ttd file is a Microsoft internal evolving utility that is updated frequently to fix issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Microsoft for the file. Hi Shaun, Have you tried to move the user's mailbox to another mailbox database? Most of theses problems are caused by the corrupted database tables. Please sent a message to v-genli#microsoft.com with the version of your exchange server. I will send the store.ttd to you. Hi, I added the required reg settings and obtained the file from MS, however I need to wait for the Server admins to do a Exchange services restart or server restart for the changes to take affect. So waiting patiently.

Have you checked to make sure this user is not say using the Blackberry Desktop Software. We had a customer complain about loosing calendar details. We found him using the above which was deleting calendar entry's during sync

I have requested the support guy to verify whether the customer is running Blackberry Desktop software and they confirmed that he was not running such software.
