Exchange 2003 with very good hardware performance. two day's ago new meeting requests take 15-25 min to be tentative in Calendar. the mail is receiving in seconds but the tentative status not.... try eseutil on all databases, RAM is free and optimize with /3GB /userva=3030 any ideas ?....
