Exchange 2003 - suspend outgoing emails for single user - ??
I am running Exchange 2003 on a Windows server 2003 o/s.I am trying to suspend outgoing emails for a single user. How do i do this ?I found information on the net to suspendoutgoing emails for ALL users but i only want to do it for one user.Thanks

Hi, I think that you can create a smtp connector the specific user: For example: Address Space: * Specify when messages are sent through this connector: a specific time By default, messages from everyone are rejected except from the specific user Note 1: The cost the SMTP connector needs to lower than other connectors Note 2: In order for the restriction to work, I suggest you refer to following article XCON: Connector Delivery Restrictions May Not Work Correctly http://support.microsoft.com/kb/277872/en-us By using the above method, the outbound email from the specific user should be suspended in queue until the specified time.
