All questions pertaining Exchange 2003 Hi 1) How to easily find the total number of mailboxes in the exchange 2003 organization 2) What are designed tiers 3) How to find total number of OWA users 4) How to find mail recipient users only 5) Average mail size /limit 6) number of emails send and received per day per user 7) Minimum OL client version 8) Minimum IE version 9)Exchange server version , sp version and store.exe version 10) External URL and internal URL of CAS array ( how to decide) 11) Hardware Load balance IP addres 12)no of forests and domains exist now ? 13)AD sites exist now and will be in the new design 14)forest and domain trust requirements if any 15)RPO ?

Or something else? Good Afternoon, There are certain messages from domains that are stuck in the smtp virtual server queue. This all started after applying updates from Microsoft. IIS service also has an error when restarting, that says it had to close unexpectedly because of inetinfo.exe. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
