Hi, Please check the configuration done on the SMTP connector on the exchange server. Is it configured to use a smarthost or is it using a DNS server? If it is using a DNS server than check if the server is up and running and also if it is reachable from you exchange box. Mahendra

Hi victor, I think it is better for you to explain your problem in detail. If you mean Exchange cannot connect to DNS Server, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem: <1> Check the DNS setting on the Exchange Server is right. How to Configure DNS Settings on the Exchange Server http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998740(EXCHG.65).aspx <2> Make sure the DNS server is working OK. <3> Use Ping command to check for the network connection between Exchange Server and DNS Server. Thanks, Evan
