Hi, I have a Exchange 2000 FE/BE configuration, with BE clustered. This is a new setup. When the user logoff from OWA, there Internal Server Error displayed. I have performed the following:- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841546- Create BIN VD according to the step change /exchweb VD to allow anonymous access If I use a FE to access OWA, I have no such problemAny suggestion on how to troubleshoot this problem? I can't find useful info in Application log. Thanks

Hi, Please try to perform the steps below to solve the problem. 1. Start Internet Services Manager on BE. 2. Locate the Exchweb\Bin virtual folder. 3. Right click the Bin virtual folder, and then click Properties. 4. On the Virtual Directory tab, click Create, and then click OK. 5. Under Application Protection Select "Low", click Apply and OK.
