Exchange 2000 Help
This has never happened before. I created a new user in Active Directory, and set them up with a mailbox in exchange. Usually this is all automatic and everything works just fine. However, this time it did not link the account with an email address. I manually added SMTP and X400 in the user properties under the E-mail Addresses tab. Now the user has an email box, and they can get mail to it. Now the problem is they are not showing up in the global address list, and when they try to open Outlook 2003, they get the error message "name could not be matched to a name in the address list." I set up email forwarding so they can still get their work email at their yahoo address. I am stumped. I am not sure quite how to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
