Exchange 07 BlackBerry Internet Services won't allow Validation
After gracefully powering down all servers for weekend power outage, all BlackBerry users connecting through BlackBerry Internet Services / webmail cannot Validate. All users of iPhone, Android and BlackBerry users connecting through BlackBerry Server are functioning normally. Webmail is working normally. Emails sent directly to the BlackBerry's PIN are received. We have tried many things, including changing password on Active Directory, deleting account on handheld device and setting up new, Validating through the BIS website, rebooting the Exchange servers, checking services and admin passwords. After the account was deleted and a new account attempted to be created, an email was sent from donotreply@att.blackberry.net saying, "Your attempt to configure the BlackBerry Internet Service to deliver mail to your BlackBerry device from this email account was unsuccessful. This email provides instructions to help with the email account set up." Instructions were followed, with same unsuccessful results. The email was not received on the BlackBerry device, but was received in the user's email. Does anyone have any idea what suddenly caused this issue and how to resolve it? Thank you.

Hi Linda, Any update for your issue? I would suggest that you could confirm the web services on exchange CAS server configured properly, If they are proper. I also think you could turn to RIM for some help. Some other realted issue like yours: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2264110 Regards!
