Try doing the following things. Look in the deleted items in Outlook. If it isn't there try going to Tools Recover Deleted items. Finally take a look at this article. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246153Mark Morowczynski|MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:ES, SA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Hi, By default, Exchange keeps all deleted messages for 7 days, you can recover the data using Outlook, please read the following article: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Recovering-Deleted-Items-Exchange-Server-2003-Part1.html If it doesnt work, please let me know how your Outlook connect to mail server? Pop3, imap4 or mapi(Exchange mode)? Have you ever back up Exchange database recently? Thanks, Elvis

Hi, I understand you dont leave a copy on the server while using pop3, but the function mentioned before works for your situation. Please setup a new Outlook profile and connect server via mapi(Exchange mode). You can find the latest 7 days mails there. For the mails longer than 7 days, as you never did a backup, there is no way to get them back. Regarding how to backup database, please refer to the following articles: How to back up and restore an Exchange computer by using the Windows Backup program http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258243 http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2003-Backup-Restore-NTBACKUP.html Thanks, Elvis
