I've been in the process of transitioning (to adhere to Microsoft correct terms ) from exchange 2003 to 2007 and while moving vital stuff went ok i have some serious problems with public folders (free/busy stuff and some misc problems related to previous setup and unclean removal of Exchange 2003 - b0rked original machine) and OAB and while playing around with fixing OAB (URL works, outlook doesn't etc...) i've noticed that IIS folders get reset during my fiddling around with powershell and console. I haven't pinpointed problem or what is causing it yet but RPC virtual IIS folder authentication (enabled basic and windows) gets reset to default (basic auth. disabled).
