Hi Everyone,I have an issue from last four months no boday will help me out pls suggest.I am in remote location our exchsrv is in Banglore location.whenever i am trying to connect to exchsrv from outlook it saying exchsrv not avalable.i am using outlook 2007. I talked to banglore engineers and they said you have to connect your laptop to doamin after that outlook will be configure is it true??biswajeet

Hi,As your question is EXCH2003, so I suppose all your company's exchange server is version 2003.Since exchange server 2003is not supported "autodiscover" servicewhich is a feature in exchange 2007,if you want to configure your Outlook 2007, you have to connect tocompany domain.After configure it, you can use the OUTLOOK OVER HTTP(OUTLOOK ANYWHEER)to connect to your exchange server wherever.You can use OWA now.Frank Wang

Hi,No, you cannot. I said that you can connect to your exchsrv after you configure your outlook in your company domain.So if you want to use outlook, the only way is that you should take yourlaptop to your company, then let your IT engineer to configure it.Frank Wang
