Hi, Do you mean that you need to give Reviewer permission to UserXYZ on the Journal folder of 40+ different user's mailboxes? Well folder permissions store at folder level into each mailboxes so you can not do it on Exchange Server. But if I think out-of-box then PFDavAdmin can help you to give Reviewer permission on Journal folder of ALL the mailboxes of an Exchangeserver (but you can not set exceptional mailbox and it will process all the mailboxes of that server). If you are interested the let me know I will give you the proceudre to do so.

I can not giveuserX access to all mailboxes in the exchange enviroment. UserXis to only be allowed access to the list of 40 users. Please foward the procedure. I am looking at creating a securitygroup, adding userX to thegroup then add the security group with folder and read access fromAD/Exch console.I also might create an OU andd these users to the ou then import the adm file forOutlook to configure and enable journaling.features. Opinions?
