Hi, we are using a office 365. While opening mulitiple excel files suppose opened 2 files and after that if try to open next excel file it openes if we point mouse arrow at taskbar excel icon and tried to see the excel file it just showing blank preview but not the actuall content. Then if we right click and click restore then only that file opens.

It happening in all the systems where we installed office 365. We checked for windows updates etc. but still facing the issue. I think its a bug in excel. Please help asap.

Does this issue only happens with Excel? This might be an issue with Windows graphic driver, please try to update it to the latest version and then try again.

Also, have a try in Windows Clean boot which will help to determine if any third party program is interfering with Office:
