I upgraded to Windows 10, and now when I clear a filter on Excel (2013), the program freezes, and it can take up to 20 minutes.  I have the automatic calculations turned off. I have the 64-bit version. I used the same version on Windows 7, and it worked fine.

Based on your description, the file works fine in Windows 7 and Excel 2013, but filter slow in Windows 10 and Excel 2013.

As far as I know, users get different issues in Office after upgrading to Windows 10.

I suggest you try to open Excel in safe mode,  if it works fine try to disable add-ins in Excel.

Then you can try to repair Office in Windows, and check if it works for you.
