Hi Sir,

Would you like to share us an English error message? Based on my test in my local environment (Windows 10 & Office 365 pro puls), PowerPivot can work well now, thus, please try this version of Office 365:

"We couldn't load the PowerPivot add-in. First try Office Repair to fix issue. The error below should help if that doesn't work. Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=Neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c; or one of its dependencies. Hi,

Based on the error message, please try this method:

  • Start Excel in Safe Mode ( run: excel \safemode)
  • Alt - F11 (opens VBA editor)
  • Tools > references
  • Un-checked the following:
    • OLE Automation
    • Microsoft Office 15.0 Object Library
  • 'Save As'
  • Re-open workbook normal

Hope it's helpful.

Hola, saludos desde Espaa. Gracias por su respuesta.

This solution of disabling references OLE Automation and Microsoft Office 15.0 Object Library

I've tried in his day and again today, following its: when the workbook is opened again are marked (the safe mode does not save the specified settings).

Added screen. Excellent tool recommended :)

Hi,

You might try the possible methods that provides by OFFCAT first.

On the other hand, the interop libraries are not part of .NET framework itself, rather part of visual studio. We need to install the development environment and then load the Power BI add-ins. Please try to install the Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime and check if it is helpful.

I found a method, it might be helpful:

1) Search for regedit via button beside Windows Key, Run regedit
2) Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework
3) Right click on .NETFramework, select New > DWORD (32-Bit)
4) Name it useLegacyJit (without the inverted commas)
5) Right click the newly created item >
Modify > Enter 1 in the Value data field, (Base should remain as HEX) Press OK

6) Restart PC (Not sure why but without this step Add-In still wont work)
7) Launch Excel, then > Options >
Add-ins > Manage Disabled Item > Select PowerPivot > Enable > Close

8) Close Excel completely and launch it, and I see PowerPivot again!

Hola, George. Gracias.

I try your new idea, but the problem persist.

The add-in not crash, simply launch the error "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=Neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c; or one of its dependencies. " push powerPivot Boutton.

My boss use "incineration problem" for this question and close it.

Thank you very much for your perseverance.

News from Spain: After install PowerQuery for Excel a new error show.

This is a new step in my problema: .Net Programmability Support Not available in office 365.

For other Office versin the solution is install under "Installation options of Microsoft Office Professional. It is the Primary Interop Assembly that allows Microsoft Office Excel or Access or Word Programmability with .NET Framework version 1.1 or greater", but in Office 365 Repair options this is not posible. A solution?
