I'm trying to create a designated area for my Excel scatter plot within a specific Excel Book to appear irregardless of when the chart is opened, what data is used, or what computer it is used on. Is this possible? If so, is it possible to also have the chart's plot area, axes, title, and legend predetermined and fixed, irregardless of the data or user?
