Excel 2013 problem opening files

Hi All,

Whenever I open excel file from any sources, I always experience the problem that the file will open at the task bar if I click and see it will appear as blank page which is not shown on the screen. I have to click close on the taskbar and re open again and again (Sometime only 2 times sometime more than 10 times or sometime can not open the file)

I find it's very annoying and it's happen mostly on 2nd spreadsheet and above not the very first file I open.

Any suggestion please advise, thank you in advance !

Please check if the information above is helpful.

In addition, the excel program may running off the screen when you open the 2nd workbook.
Try steps below:
1. Hover the mouse over excel program on the task bar
2. Hover over one of the "instances" that expands and right click on it to get the Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize and Close"+ menu.
3. Check if you can select Move and able to move the application window (using the arrow keys) back onto the screen

Try to drap and drop the source into cmd and append the "/x" to open workbook as another instance to check the result (Excel 2013 new behavior). For example, Type "c:\exceltest.xlsx /x" in the cmd.

Thanks.
