Hello,

I am working several reports in Excel.  I have highlighted some cells for duplicates.  What I would like to do now would be to have the different duplicate groups highlighted in different colors.  This will allow me to sort by color and help me delete the duplicate rows.  I want the different colors to ensure I do not delete too many rows as many of the names I am searching are very close in name.

Please let me know if I explained this correctly.  Also, please make the answer simple.  I am not an expert in Excel.  :)
