Excel 2013 data not displaying correctly when opened over a network or attachment.

Hi all,

I'm after some advice if possible.

Several different sites I look after are reporting issues with Excel 2013, when opening spreadsheets across a network share or from within email as attachments, the data
doesn't display correctly, they just get a completely white/blank page, unless you resize the screen or shrink/close the formula bar. Once this is done the data appears. If you close (whether saving the document or not) and reopen the same thing happens.

If they copy/save the files
to the local desktop then they appear open correctly. There are no macros embedded into the files and they have created files with just one cell filled with text/numbers and the same thing happens.

Office has been fully removed and updated (ver 15.0.4693.1002 ). They all run windows 7 x64 which is fully up to date.

It doesn't matter how the file are opened, whether across a mapped network drive (running on a combination of server 2008 r2 and server 2012.) or from within outlook 2013 H&B.  It seems to be once the issue appears on a pc then it is there regardless of how a file is opened.

Graphics acceleration has already been disabled, office repaired, removed and reinstalled and the video card drivers are fully updated.

Printers have been checked on one pc with it making no difference.

Anyone come across this or have any advice ?

Thanks in advance

Ok so I saw this issue recently and it was effecting one user for specific documents.

The fix was not very technical but try and see if this fixes it:

Click View -- Arrange ll -- Select Cascade

This should bring up the document correctly

Maximize the working Sheet

Minimize the same Sheet

Then maximize the Sheet again

Then close the Sheet

Close excel

Open up the file
