Hey there.

I have a lot of users who are using some okay big sheets in Excel 2013 (18 MB). Theres no problems as long as they work in one sheet. But as soon as they open more sheets, and click around, copies, and use macros it first causes Excel til be unresponsive, and after a while, it crashes without them doing anything when it becomes unresponsive.

Sometimes it happens after 5 minutes, and other times its after 30 minutes.

They are using macros in their sheets, therefor I cant even test it with excel /safe, since it disables the use of macros. I have tried to disable all com-addins, but with the same result.

I copied some from the eventvwr from a users PC. (its on danish, but I hope someone can read it anyways).

Could you tell me which version of Excel are you using? 32 bit or 64 bit? If this issue only appeared in large size workbook? Did the issue happen with 1 file only or any files in Excel ?

Based on your event log, this issue might be caused by >>P4: igd10iumd32.dll<< file.

The possible reasons of igd10iumd32.dll file error:

1. The LDDM User Mode Driver for Intel(R) Graphics Technology, you can refer to this KB link to get more information.
   https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2983468
2. If you work with extremely large data sets, the 64-bit version of Office may perform better for you. 32-bit office you run are limited to making use of only 2GB of RAM.

And you can also try to work with these workbooks in safe mode and check if this issue still exists. If it works fine please check the add-ins and disable them.
