Excel 2013/365 error after upgrading to windows 10, previously worked on on windows7: " We're sorry, but excel has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Excel will need to be closed as a result. Would you like us to repair now?

I have tried the repair- no success. I have tried the compatibility repair- no success. I have reinstalled office at least 8 times- no success. I have tried everything I could find, nothing helps. I had a problem with Outlook as well, but got that sorted, it is only excel that remains unsolved.

Hi,

Please try this method:

Right Click on Excel.exe-->Trouble Shoot Compatibility-->Troubleshoot Program-->Check the program worked in earlier version-->Check windows 8
