We have added the analysis toolpak within Excel 2010 and it appears to have loaded fine, however within the Data ribbon the button appears but the "Data Analysis" text doesn't appear, and when clicking on the button it doesn't bring up the dialog box with the Analysis functions.

However if I right click and run as Administrator everything works fine.  What rights does the user need to have access to the Analysis Toolpak

An update to the error.  If we go to c:\program files(x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\Library\Analysis and double click on the funcres.xlam then the data analysis label appears next to the button and we can run the analysis toolpak for that excel session.  Hoever when we close excel the setting is lost and we need to double click on funcres.xlam each session in order for the analsyis toolpak to work properly.
