Excel 2010 - Pivot Table - How to print repeating row labels at the top of every new page

I think part of my issue when searching on the web is I may be using the wrong words.

I have a Pivot Table with 4 row labels and 1 value.

It spans only 6-7 pages long.  When the information spills onto the next page, the Row Labels don't appear at the top of each page.  Forcing the reader to go back to previous page to determine what's-what.

Right now, the only information that repeats is Row 3.  I went into Page Layout settings > Page Setup > Sheet and removed all information in "Rows to Repeat at Top".  I then selected the Row Labels, right-clicked > Field Settings > Repeat item labels.  But when I look at the print preview, they're not showing up.

Help!

Hi,

As far as I know, if we follow your steps: Page Layout settings > Page Setup > Print title> Sheet>Rows to Repeat at Top,  we can set the row labels to every page, please see the below image:

We can see the row labels with page layout mode, but it does not display in Print Preview. Please try to save it as PDF or print it to see the row labels with every page.
