Excel - Pivot Table - Error Refreshing

Hello,

I have created a excel spreadsheet with 5 columns and LOTS of rows. I have filtered my data by my column B, before I created the pivot table I deleted the filter. I selected all of columns A,B,C,D & E (meaning all rows under these columns, including new data to come) and created 3 separate pivot table's, that are all pulling data from there. Everything works fine the first time, however when I add more data to the 1st sheet and then go to my pivot tables and refresh them. My first 2 tables & charts update correctly, but the last chart is not pulling that data or its not updating. If I delete only that table and redo it basically, it shows the correct data. I have tried to read and google for answer but couldn't find anything helpful. I have changed the pivot table name and made sure the data source is selecting all new and all to come data. Nothing is working. I can email you a copy of what I'm working on if that would help.

Just to test at the end of the 1st spreadsheet I added TEST1 to see if I could see it refresh and show but it didn't work. :(

Hi,

May I know which Excel version you are using? 2010, 2013 or other version? And what do you mean by new data to come?

Based on your description, it might cause by your data source range was a Fixed Range. We can try steps below if this is the case:

  1. In your spreadsheet, insert -> table-> ok
  2. Click the first cell of your newly created table, insert pivot table
  3. Repeat step 2, till you finish creating all 3 Pivot Tables
  4. Add new data to your Spreadsheet, see if all the Pivot Tables update or not

If above steps are not working, could you please send me the spreadsheet you are working on to me through: ibsofc@microsoft.com, so I can take a look from my side.
