Excel Crashes whenever I am doing simple regression analysis from the add-ins. I saw the people sharing the same problem from last year with no answer. Can anybody help?

Could you please help me with some information below first:

1. What is your Excel version, 2013, 2010 or other version?
2. Is it a 32-bit edition or 64-bit edition?
3. What is your operating system, is it Windows 7 or Windows 8 or others?
4. Is it always like this or it starts from recently?
5. If it starts recently, what has changed, like if there any updates installed?
