Excahnge 2010 Activesync

Hello all

I am having issues getting activesync to work on some devices in my company, I have been seeing request errors on the server, stating the heartbeat interval is not high enough. Heres that I have done so far: I have tiered what epole have said by changing the HB interval, checked that the firewall allows enough time for syncing; and still not able to solve this issue. I have tested four different devices:

Ipad-Works fine

Samsung galaxy note 4-Continues syncing issues

OnePlus One-Works fine

LG G Pad-Works fine

Hi,

How many minutes have you configured in the firewall for Syncing? By default, its 15 minutes, we need to set it to 30 minutes for troubleshooting.

And please make sure there are no device being blocked under Quarantined Devices list and no Device Access Rules.

Please also check whether there are any events in the application log.

Since IPad, OnePlus One, and LG G Pad work fine, just Samsung galaxy note 4 has syncing issues.

I suggest to ask Samsung support for help.

Hello Lynn

the issue is with android 4.4.4 after upgrading my device to 5.0.1 the issue went away, there seems to be a lot of people experiencing this problem
