I have just migrated to ex2007 from 2003 , priv1.edb is about 4-5 gig.Task manager shows that store.exe is using 9 gigs of ram !!Is this expected ?The server has 14 gig of ram installedthxs-Chris

That service will grab as much RAM as it can. So that is normal. Exchange 2007 services will take as much RAM available. You could double check your page file. Based on your post above your page file should be at least 21GBs in size. have you seen this article?
