Hi, I have auto accept setup and a resource configured. The normal booking works. (exchange 2003 and xp clients w/ outlook 2003) My issue is when a user sends a meeting request to the resource and also to other individuals, the resource declines it (as it should because it is already reserved) but the other individuals receive the notification in their calendar. is there an adjustment that can be made that 'if the resource declines the meeting' then the others do not receive the calendar invite? i have review this blog and link (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrgeneral/thread/d43e62df-2489-4c13-affe-29ee0aa76b2b) and checked google but was unlucky.
