Every patchday since february: incompatible office product are found

Hey everyone,

for 5 months now our users get the message from Office products that there are incompatible products installed after installing the updates. After restarting the computer everything is ok.

But normally the want to restart their computer in the evening (or lunch) and not when office tells them. Second .. new colleagues are not familiar with this message and call the hotline.

So is there a patch i'm missing that fixes this behavior? We installed Office 2013 Enterprise from a MSI. No Click to Run. No Office 365. Enterprise Agreement. OneDrive is installed as a feature not as an extra programm.
