Hi anyone and everyone. Really don't know if this is the right forum, but if not, I hope someone can point me in the right direction. On Windows 64-bit OS, specifically Windows 2003 Std Ed x64 SP2 R2. Each event soruce has an associated event message DLL. In the past when I have created this I have created a 32-bit DLL but thinking about Windows 64-bit, I thought that perhaps I needed to create a 64-bit version of the same lib but Im not sure that is the case? Other apps dont have different DLLs do they? So the question is - is the windows event viewer a 32 bit app or a 64 bit app on Windows x64, if its 64 then I need the separate dll if its still 32 bit then I dont need to bother.
