Event Id on OFFLINE ADDRESS BOOK
Hi ALLthe event ids were polling in the event viewer9320/9325/9360/93419360:OALGen can be forced to post a full offline address list by creating the DWORD registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeSA\Parameters\OAL post full if diff fails' and setting it to 1 on this server. When OALGen next generates the offline address list, clients will perform a full OAB download. After that time, the registry key should be removed to prevent further full downloads. 9320:OALGen could not generate full details for some entries in the offline address list for address list '\Global Address List'.To see which entries are affected, event logging for the offline address list generator must be set to at least medium.9325:OALGen will skip user entry "Name of USer' in address list '\Global Address List' because the SMTP address '' is invalid (server name)offline Address Book RASA

Looks like an articlehttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/922255talks pretty much about your problem though the troubleshooting steps may vary depending on version of exchange you are using. Here is I would start with; Check if you have the registry key'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeSA\Parameters\OAL post full if diff fails' set to 1. If yes set it back to 0 till the next generation of OAB. Bounce the diagnostics logging on Exchange Server to medium for OAB (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996402(EXCHG.65).aspx) on components like MSExchangeSA\OALGenerator. This will help you to Use CSVDE to export the list of all email addresses in your Exchange Organization into a CSV file which can later be opened in Excel to figure out the non compliant email addresses. Hi Rabbani,Addition to Milind's response...Exchange performs certain verifications on each user's SMTP addresses and if it fails to verify then it doesn't add that user in OAB process.Since you got the user id in event log, verify primary SMTP address and proxy address attribute manually as explained in below KB...http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926206Similar thread...http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/exchangesvrdeploy/thread/7bf9648b-0bc2-4c0f-bee2-34b95a608185/Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

As you said edifferent SITE, are they in different Exchange organization? If those users are in same Exchange organization then you can correct the proxy addresses in ADU&C or by using ADSIEdit.msc as per KB.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi,Please understand that the meaning of different Exchange organization is notthe same as Different Administrative Group. The Administrative Group is basically a collection of Exchange configuration objects. It functions as a place hoder within the Directory for the objects, such as servers, routing groups, public folder trees, system plicies. An Exchange organization defines your messaging environment. An organization includes all the Exchange servers, domain controllers, global catalog servers, users, and other Microsoft Active Directory directory service objects that function together as a single entity. Exchange organizations can include multiple Active Directory domains, but they cannot span multiple Active Directory forests. In one Exchange organization, you can create more than one AG based on the needs. Thus, thatare the differentconcepts.ThanksAllen

Hi,Generally spearking, Offline address book sizes can vary from 3 megabytes (MB) to 700 MB (uncompressed). For the maximum size of OAB, there is no limit whichdepended on the size of hard disk. And that process is changed automatically. So, we don't need to expand manually.ThanksAllen
