Hello - I've been getting this error for a few weeks now and would like to resolve it or get some feedback if possible. We have Ex 2003 Enterprise, SP2. This error seems to be only coming from our Blackberry admin account. Microsoft doesn't seem to have anything related to 2003, just Exch 2007 Failed to create a new named property for database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (Mail Server)" because the number of named properties reached the quota limit (8192).

Hi, The situation is same for both version of Exchange and you need to increase the named property quota.
