Event ID: 8207 error 0x80004005 on Exchange 2007
I'm running an exchange 2007 server SP3 on Microsoft 2003 R2 SP2 server. I'm getting the following error: Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: MSExchangeFBPublishEvent Category: General Event ID: 8207 Date: 2/17/2012 Time: 9:24:59 AM User: N/A Computer: [server] Description:Error updating public folder with free/busy information on virtual machine [server]. The error number is 0x80004005. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I found this KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945602 When I try to run the command get-publicfolder -Identity "\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY" -Recurse it says the folder isn't there. If I run just get-publicfolder. I get the result "IPM_SUBTREE". If I run Get-OfflineAddressBook, I do get 2 address books listed. Any help where I need to look next? Thanks

Hi , Please check the below URL will help you http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrgeneral/thread/0c512322-0c8e-4e74-90c4-145996fdfafb/ Editing the directory using AdsiEdit is not something you should undertake lightly. If you make a mistake, you may need to completely rebuild your domain. Unless you're working with a test domain, I would strongly recommend that first test in lab environment rather than trying to hack the structure yourself. Thanks
