Hi Stefan,

Thank you for your question.

We could install the following software, the restart server to check if the issue persist:

  1.        .Net Framework 4.5.2
  2.        Window Management Framework 4.0(although it has been included with Window server 2012R2, we could install it to check if we need to repairing)

We could download then by the following links:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40855

If the issue persist, we could refer to the following link to repair the PowerShell virtual directory:

Remove the PowerShell:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335085(v=exchg.150).aspx

New the PowerShell:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335058(v=exchg.150).aspx

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
