EventID 2050 on CAS server
Exchange 2007 with seperate HUB, CAS, CCR Mailbox role. On the CAS server continually recieving the following error. Have seen documetation regarding the event but none specific to Exchange 2007. Have restatrted the CAS server. Event Type:ErrorEvent Source:MSExchange ADAccessEvent Category:General Event ID:2050Date:10/22/2008Time:6:50:28 AMUser:N/AComputer:MAIL-CAS01Description:Process IISIPMC4F9B6B7-0BB9-449F-99DA-B205432B1C43 -AP "MSEXCHANGEOWAAPPPOOL (PID=3404). The shared memory heap could not be created. This may be caused if physical memory limits have been exceeded. It may also be caused if too many other processes are running DSAccess. You may be able to resolve this error by restarting the Exchange server that logged this event. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. Hi, Have you gone thru this article, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829167. I know it refers to Exchange 2003 but it is the same exact same error. Thanks Will

I have and it doesnt seem to apply as there is no exadmin in 2007 and it references the "Exchange Application Pool" which doesnt exist in Exchange 2007 either. Thanks

MSExchangeOWAPool identity was configured to run as "network service" changing to "local system" fixed it thanks
