I created a universal group and granted full access permission. The objective is that the group´s members have access to open and read mailbox messages. When I try to open another user´s mailbox, I receive an error: The inbox folder could not be found. If I explicitely add user´s account, it works... Why it´s not working with groups? In outlook it should work fine. I didn't wait long enough I guess. I thought an hour would have been enough. I let it sit over the weekend and it is working now. Do you know how long it should take to cache? I used a Global Security group. Thanksw0rd
