Hi, Please run "Get-accpteddomain" from Exchange Management Shell to see whether test.local is the valid e-mail address. Besides, please post the event whichwas logged in application log for further troubleshooting. If you find event 2035,then you can use the below steps to try to solve this problem. 1. Open ADSIEDIT and go to DC=com, DC=domain name, CN=Configuration, CN=Services, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Exchange Org name, CN=Recipient Policies. 2. Right click the recipient policy that needs to be edit. 3. Go to the properties and select the attribute 'disabledGatewayProxy'. 4. If there is some value listed as found in the event id 2035, remove those values and set the value of disabledGatewayProxy attribute to 'Not Set' 5. Please try to create e-mail address policy again to see whether the problem has gone. Hope it helps. Xiu
